Our History
Established in 2020, Fred's Foods Inc. was born out of a passion for creating and packing unique and delicious specialty snack foods. Our founder, Fred, has worked in the food manufacturing industry for over 30 years.

Yes, the 'Fred' in Fred's Foods, Inc. Fred has been in the co-packing and manufacturing industry for over 30 years now. He still enjoys creating new products and heads our Food Safety programs and certification. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and completing very, very challenging puzzles.

Matt started the company with Fred in 2020 and remains involved in the Finance/IT and Benefits side of the business. He enjoys the outdoors and hiking. His interest in organic foods stems from his gardening grandfather Bob, who managed the California Crop Improvement Association at UC Davis.

Roxana joined Fred's Foods in 2022 as a production technician and now has risen to oversee our company QA program.
She is a very quick learner, adept in translating, and enjoys attending concerts in her free time when not sending out ingredient or finished good lab tests for our customers.

Ruben joined Fred's Foods in 2022 as a production technician and is now our resident warehouse and production ops guru. He has a 5-tool versatile skillset, especially on the forklift. He really likes mechanical stuff, fixing things, and cars, which is good because everyone else is fairly limited in these areas of expertise.
