Since 2020, Fred's Foods Inc. has been providing co-packing and co-manufacturing services for private label manufacturers. We have a 10k sq ft facility in the Solano Distribution Center in south Fairfield conveniently close to I-80. Our founder, Fred has worked in the bulk foods industry for over 30 years.

Fred's Foods Inc. was born out of a 30 year passion for creating unique and specialty snack foods. We are all passionate about ensuring safe, high quality, and delicious foods are made and packed at our Fairfield facility. We are also proud of our rapidly growing organic product offerings. Our staff are firm believers in the USDA organic program's mission in an age where many foods we eat are not making us more healthy. You can find products we have made at your local grocery store, through distributors, and even on Amazon.
Fred's Foods has many longstanding relationships with some of the best organic bulk ingredient suppliers and brokers in the industry, many of which are located here in the state of California. Because of this, we can often get decent pricing on many of your bulk ingredients to help keep your production costs lower.

Have a great idea but do not have the capacity for storage, a full production crew, or industrial kitchen space? We are here for you. We have both organic and gluten free certifications available at our facility. We are also SQF certified and have passed every audit since our inception. We do not set customer minimums and are willing to grow with your company from start up to the point you outgrow us and move on to bigger things. We want to see you succeed!

Yes, the 'Fred' in Fred's Foods. Fred has been working in the food industry for a very long time, so long that many of us were not born yet (1980s). He heads our certification programs and still enjoys doing some buying and supplier management. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family and completing very, very challenging puzzles.

Matt started the company with Fred in 2020 and remains involved on the accounting, benefits, and IT side of the business. He enjoys spending time outside hiking. His interest in the organic food industry stems from his gardening grandfather Bob, who managed the California Crop Improvement Assoc. at UC Davis.

Roxana joined Fred's Foods in 2022 as a production technician and has risen to become our Production Manager. She is very good with translations and the best bi-lingual speaker we have. When she isn't managing our production calendar or scheduling, In her free time she enjoys attending concerts and traveling.

Ruben started with Fred's Foods in 2022 in production. He ensures seamless and reliable warehouse and maintenance operations at our plant. He has a 5-tool skillset in manufacturing operations and enjoys fixing, improving, and working on mechanical things. He is also a very good forklift operator.
