Our PTO package is industry competitive (3 weeks PTO sick/vacation for full-time crew members), we also offer a variety of Medical plans to choose from, dental plan, seven (7) paid company holidays, a retirement plan, profit sharing bonuses, early-pay direct deposit, occasional overtime opportunities, and also a 4-day workweek for most staff (4 days on, 3 days off).
